By purchasing services from AdBez, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Service Description

AdBez provides access to Meta Ad Accounts tailored for various business models (Clean, Gray Hat, Black Hat). We act as an infrastructure provider.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the accounts in accordance with your declared business model. Misrepresenting your vertical (e.g., running Gambling ads on a Clean account) constitutes a breach of terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment. AdBez reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in such activities immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

AdBez is not liable for ad performance, ROI, or bans resulting from your ad creatives or landing pages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Ad Accounts, all sales are final once account credentials have been delivered and verified as working.

2. Replacement Policy

• Clean & Gray Hat Accounts: We offer Free & Unlimited replacements if the account is restricted due to infrastructure issues (not your ads) within the guarantee period.
• Black Hat Accounts: These are high-risk accounts sold "as-is". There are NO replacements and NO refunds for Black Hat accounts under any circumstances.

3. Funds

The minimum fund load ($100) is non-refundable if you breach our Terms of Service. Unused funds on Clean accounts may be refundable subject to a processing fee upon account closure request.
